Excellent services

My Mortgage was sorted out within one month approximately. Despite being a rare application of first time buyer acquiring a buy to let. The platform is easy to use and the Mortgage advisers (Dan and Teddy) were excellent and provided the required information and had a listening ear all through the process. A breath of fresh air in mortgages

Applying and getting a mortgage is hard work, simples. Habito takes all that hard work away. And having the convenience of completing everything online at a convenient time and not staying on the phone for hours going through heaps of information ---------- they get my vote. Go Team Habito. A mortgage broker for the digital age

Having dealt with a handful of mortgage brokers before Habito, I was frequently disappointed by just how outdated things felt: - Frequent reliance on phone interactions - unwieldy & large email exchanges to share documents - difficulty in tracking back to see what had previously been discussed (to name a few). Habito has been a breath of fresh air: - The mortgage guidance is top notch (as I'd expect) - The entire process is handled in a manner that feels fit for the time we live in. Totally digital, fully asynchronous communications, and full transparency every step of the way. A highly efficient way of managing what can become a very challenging process - The level of customer service is unparalleled. The team are highly responsive to all manner of queries that appear, and go the extra mile to ensure things run smoothly.
