Patient, clear. Thorough

My advisor at Habito worked extremely hard to get me an honestly great deal in probably the most unstable financial climate we've seen in a while. He constantly reviewed new products throughout the process to make sure I was getting the best possible deal, was incredibly patient with me and able to explain clearly each step and aspect of my new mortgage. Communication was quick and easy and their online platform made uploading documents as needed fast and easy, no trekking to the post office required. Fantastic modern platform

Great service so far, the online chat is useful as you get immediate responses. The online platform is useful when breaking down the stages i.e. reading your recommended mortgage offers, upload your documents etc. Antra has been friendly, approachable and knowledgeable throughout the process. Honestly why use anything else?

Perfect communication model, highly efficient and effective. It's the only part of an archaic industry which Habito has not only been able to modernise but I can think of literally no better way that it could have improved for the better. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023
