My advisor Emily was so helpful, always responded quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Helpful and Efficient

Great customer experience. SImple to use. The only reason that it isn't a perfect score is that the required documents was a small list, that seemed to be too small given the complexity of the mortgage. Then they ask for additional options. It would be simpler to have a more comprehensive range of documents to submit and for this stage to be completed once, rather than twice! Simple, easy, and no BS

I looked to apply for a first-time buyer mortgage, and the whole process of helping me understand and apply for a mortgage was completely helped by the online team at Habito, who themselves were so patient and friendly explaining how to best make the most of the services. Informative and Supportive

I would definitely recommend Habito for first-time buyers who are less familiar with the process of buying a property. The website offers guides to various aspects of buying (stages of conveyancing, how each party is involved, etc.), which are written in a very accessible way. During the mortgage recommendation process, my Habito contact answered all my questions very clearly and was consistently friendly. Overall, I feel like I have been well supported by Habito. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Antra has been so helpful, patient and provided great advice constantly throughout this process while I have been unsure what to do ahead of my first fixed term coming to an end. Having dealt with Habito for my first mortgage after having a bit of a nightmare with another broker - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, I trust the service and everything is made very easy with the online portal and the great staff to support.
