Easy to use for people who are too busy to wait by the phone

Simple to use UI, very helpful chat facility, useful as above for someone whom works typical business hours and therefore doesn't have the time otherwise to have discussions with brokers or banks/building society's. a really well thought out process and a pleasure to use.
