Web-based simplicity with great service

My wife and I elected to seek our remortgage through Habito for the convenience and ease of service and were not disappointed. From start to finish, the experience has been great. Our mortgage advisor David was able to guide us through the process and answer any silly questions we had. Even when we had t pause the application due to circumstances outside of our control, David was helpful and prompt. Indeed, he consistently sought the best deal for us and advised us when better ones were available. Have no hesitation to recommend Habito to others. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2023

And they said buying a house would be stressful...

Habito have handled everything for us, been amazingly friendly, and gotten to know our exact needs to recommend the perfect mortgage for us. They sort out the solicitors, mortgage offer, surveys, everything. Really takes the stress out of the whole thing! As two 'lazy millenials', Habito have been an absolute dream. I've used Habito for multiple mortgages over the past 3 years. They have never failed to provide the best advice, show detailed understanding of the market and secured me the best deals. Mortgage Yes - Plus No

The initial third party solicitors (Muve) we were assigned with the plus service were not able to explain or provide solutions to complex covenants on the property. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

Easy to use modern way for Mortgages

So far my experience with Habito has been great. Really easy to use modern day way of reviewing and interacting with brokers. I’ve had great advice which was easy to follow and understand. There is still very much a personal feel to the process but made so easy having everything online and chat facilities you can respond at a convenient time. Outstanding service from start to finish

I was recommended Habito by my brother and from the very first point of contact the entire Habito team have been superb! I can't say anything but positive things about everyone I encountered during our Mortgage process, during a time when getting a mortgage was more complicated and difficult they really were superb.
