These guys get back to you in no time, especially via the webchat feature! They provide you with answers to all of your queries and help you every step of the way. I'm a first time buyer so stepping onto the ladder was a daunting experience but the team at Habito put my mind at ease and there was never a stupid question to ask! Easy to use Platform and great service

Having been recommended Habito from a family member, I am very pleased I chose to use them as my Mortgage Broker. The platform was easy to use, an agent was always on hand to answer any questions and the Habito Plus option - to have all elements of buying a property in once place such as conveyancing and surveys etc was a real bonus. Remortgaging as 2 year fix comes to an end

I decided to use Habito as it was recommended on Money Saving Expert, and am glad I did. Having used a couple of other mortgage brokers, the experience with Habito was much more efficient - use of the online portal and chat function means their customer service works around my busy schedule, and not the other way around, as I find a lot of companies now expect customers to do the chasing. Another benefit is they clearly take the time to understand your needs, having made recommendations such as me amending my values to fall into a better LTV bracket. My experience so far has been very positive, and based on this I would recommend Habito to others, and would use again. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023
