Habito have an "Excellent Customer Service" approach and really do keep in touch with you every step of the way. They are available at extended hours of the day to answer questions and give advice. I had used Habito previously and recently remortgaged. Habito made the effort to reach out to me advising a better deal was possible with my existing lender. The website and chat function allow me to manage my application and documents easily without taking hours out of my working day. Good for young people
