Easy to use Platform and great service

Having been recommended Habito from a family member, I am very pleased I chose to use them as my Mortgage Broker. The platform was easy to use, an agent was always on hand to answer any questions and the Habito Plus option - to have all elements of buying a property in once place such as conveyancing and surveys etc was a real bonus. Remortgaging as 2 year fix comes to an end

I decided to use Habito as it was recommended on Money Saving Expert, and am glad I did. Having used a couple of other mortgage brokers, the experience with Habito was much more efficient - use of the online portal and chat function means their customer service works around my busy schedule, and not the other way around, as I find a lot of companies now expect customers to do the chasing. Another benefit is they clearly take the time to understand your needs, having made recommendations such as me amending my values to fall into a better LTV bracket. My experience so far has been very positive, and based on this I would recommend Habito to others, and would use again. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Habito Excellent Customer Service

Habito have an "Excellent Customer Service" approach and really do keep in touch with you every step of the way. They are available at extended hours of the day to answer questions and give advice. Modern brokerage with great customer service

I had used Habito previously and recently remortgaged. Habito made the effort to reach out to me advising a better deal was possible with my existing lender. The website and chat function allow me to manage my application and documents easily without taking hours out of my working day. Good for young people

Very easy and useable for a couple in their early 20s - first time buyers. Must admit I showed my dad the web chat system and general UI and he said he’d have no idea what he was doing. For me and my partner it was spot on though Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Quick easy and brilliant service
