Best mortgage broker around!

Habito have arranged 3 of my mortgages/remortgages now. They are fantastic! You can contact them in your own time on the app, get expert advice super quickly and with no broker fees. I can’t recommend them enough I really don’t know why anyone would use a traditional broker with these guys around! Reviewed on: 30th January 2023

You get better advise from Google search

Even though I got an offer in the end the experience was horrendous and I would advise this broker to anyone. My property was undervalued and amid the rising interest the broker kept suggesting I reapply with other lender. Not once did he mentioned the monthly payment would increase by hundreds. Not once was I advised on options that I could take. When I complained the broker throw a major attitude and say he will not be working on my case anymore(still get the commission though). The company did not even get back to me or look into the issue. Reviewed on: 17th October 2022

They are fairly good

Even though their chat based conversation is sometimes frustrating and I had to upload same docs 4 time, it was nice having them on this stressful journey. Most of their agents are nice people. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2022

They made a hard process easier!

As a first time buyer, who is purchasing a property on her own and working full time, Habito has made this process much more stress free. They take the reins and all you have to do is send key information, read and sign documents. Habito’s messaging service is great. You can see when they are online and if they have read your message. Everyone who I have messaged have been really friendly and have reassured any worries or concerns. My sister and I have both used Habito for our mortgages and I think we would both agree that we would use them again! Reviewed on: 14th April 2022
