An invaluable asset during the remortgaging process.

It's rare to have someone during the remortgaging process that you feel properly has your back and isn't just excited about commission etc. The team at Habito, and particularly Sam and Sameer, the two mortgage experts that I dealt with, have been top notch, even when changing around figures and term lengths just to see if they worked. Nothing was too much trouble. It was like having a safety net underneath a tightrope, alone with a really easy to use balancing bar so you were less likely to need the safety net in the first place. I would recommend Habito to anyone (providing you need a mortgage, obviously) Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Great Service

I have only put 4 stars as I am yet to complete my mortgage - I have had my mortgage approved and we are now in solicitors stage and to be honest, it's been an absolute breeze, mainly as Habito are at hand to answer any questions to reassure you, and also do pretty much everything for you (ha). A great team at Habito!

The team at Habito is great support throughout the mortgage process. With them doing so much of the work it takes away the stress, as each stage of the application is more straightforward for the applicant (me!), including the legal-side and the building survey. The tech platform makes submitting information very simple and it's great to work with a broker that is operating in the modern era, but is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Helpful and efficient service - really pleased

I was a little sceptical about using an online service, but having checked the mortgage offers against other more traditional brokers, I can see that Habito really does offer the most competitive offers from a range of mainstream mortgage lenders. Although the main interface is through an online chat, this worked perfectly well for us - and the team were always fast in responding and attentive. If you prefer having someone to call and speak to direct, this won't be for you - but for me it was fantastic to not have to juggle millions of calls and know exactly where your application is at any point using the dashboard.
