Swift, Accessible and Helpful

My experience at Habito has been second to none. My consultant responded quickly and explained the whole process really well. The tech platform makes submitting information very simple and it's great to work with a broker that is operating in the modern era, but is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Helpful and efficient service - really pleased

I was a little sceptical about using an online service, but having checked the mortgage offers against other more traditional brokers, I can see that Habito really does offer the most competitive offers from a range of mainstream mortgage lenders. Although the main interface is through an online chat, this worked perfectly well for us - and the team were always fast in responding and attentive. If you prefer having someone to call and speak to direct, this won't be for you - but for me it was fantastic to not have to juggle millions of calls and know exactly where your application is at any point using the dashboard. Sad - use your local mortgage broker

Pretty interface with a very bad operations process behind it. The staff are clearly not attentive to detail, it's been over a month to get a yes or a no and we're still waiting. Your local mortgage broker might cost you a bit more but it's totally worth the money. Having someone there for you and on your side during the process is essential IMO. I had high hopes but these guys make applying for a mortgage worst than getting your teeth pulled out with a spoon. Reviewed on: 14th March 2022
