My go to broker...

This will be my third mortgage application with Habito. They are easy to communicate with, no need to visit a branch and do all the hard work in searching for you. Plus they are free compared to a traditional broker who charges an upfront fee of approx £300-400 each time. They recoup their costs through the lender. Very happy customer. Getting a mortgage with Habito for my first home has been a genuine pleasure, both Ravesh and Delilah have been fantastic to work with and I could genuinely tell from the start they both had my best interests at the front. So much better than the broker we were forced to use by the estate agent. Sameer really knew his stuff and has helped us find a great deal. Really good online portal and super easy to upload documents and supply information without having to have endless meetings in person or over the phone. Definitely recommend. I think Habito caters to the new generation first-time buyers and makes the process as smooth as can be without compromising on service quality. Their chat service which is also available on the weekend, unlike other lenders, really appeals to me as a 5-day 9-5pm worker myself. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022
