Excellent service and support!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Habito. I was not sure, initially, about going with an online mortgage broker/advisor, but I must say, Habito exceeded my expectations and alleviated any fears I had. They provided advice and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you to Steven, Matthew, George and the rest of the team for the exceptional support and advice provided from start to securing a mortgage offer for me. Mortgages made easy

I've used Habito two times now - once for my first mortgage and once for remortgaging. The whole process has been seemless and it makes something so utterly stressful extremely straightforward. Excellent customer service

I was looking for a remortgage and was referred to Habito. From the 1st day, they were sending me information and enquiring about my needs to get the best product possible. Then after completing their section they continued to keep in touch providing answers to my numerous questions when it should have been the solicitor instead. An honest, efficient, caring online broker

Habito are everything that traditional mortgage brokers aren't. Habito have greater good of customers a the core of their operating philosophy and it is reflected in the way their employees interact with customers - never trying to sell sell sell, always willing to discuss what might benefit the customer. I reached out to switch out of current mortgage deal, but Habito did the number crunching and suggested to stay put in current product else I would have lost money. Quick, smooth and completely online

My experience with Habito has been fantastic. The mortgage advisor is available on chat with response time of less than 5 mins. Advisors get a grip of your personal situation and needs in the first instance and tailor the options accordingly. No need for prior appointments and phone calls. Complete interaction is online with no need of printing reams of paper and scanning or posting. Just upload documents online at your own time. Their systems are seamless - as soon as I approved the application for submission it went into a review with advisor and off it went to the chosen lender within an hour. I got a mortgage offer in 3 days flat. It was quick, smooth and fantastic experience. Reviewed on: 15th February 2022
