5-star service

We found the Habito experience top-notch. The virtual platform is incredibly effective, allowing you to easily keep track of all documents and correspondence, and the online chat with our mortgage advisor that both sides could dip in and out of was much more efficient than having to schedule telephone appointments. All done and dusted in less than a week - the other broker we went to wasn’t even able to offer us a first appointment in that time! Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Unexpectedly pleasant experience

We were in a slightly complicated situation as I am in the process of moving jobs - so evidencing our income is difficult. We were also keen to go with a more ethical provider. Steven our advisor worked within these constraints and found a mortgage that looks like it will work for us. The convenience of online chat is great, but Steven also arranged a phone call with us to ensure everything was clear. Everything was dealt with very quickly. Highly recommended. Responsive and helpful

We started contacting Habito before the lockdown to apply for our mortgage in principle and although we have put our search on hold, coming back to check our details recently on the website was a good experience as all our details were still there and the advisers are ready to answer our questions. Darren our adviser was really helpful and always on hand to answer our questions. Despite providing answers on the questionnaire, he was more than happy to check other options for us should we use different terms. The process was smooth for myself and my partner.
