Slick service which means we are fully in the know about the home buying process. Nothing is a mystery and there is no stone left unturned. Friendly and supportive service - would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Superb support and advice throughout

From the moment I made initial contact with Habito, I have received superb and excellent support and advise from Steven every step of the way and when he was away, his colleague Sam provided similar support. I can't fault their service at all. For online mortgage brokers, they are absolutely brilliant in responding to queries and emails - very quick responses to questions, even better! As a first time buyer, who had a lot of questions, Steven and Sam alleviated the concerns by providing me with timely advice and guidance. I would recommend Habito 200%. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Remortgage for fixed rate

Jessica has been with us from beginning of application and has got us to submitting stage in less than a week. She has been really helpful and answered any questions in super quick time. I can't recommend Habito enough. I found my original mortgage with them and will certainly use them again when my mortgage fix rate is finishing again. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Modern Day Saviour

Easy peasey

Super pleased with Habito from start to finish. Despite only having contact via chat, I felt up to date throughout. The only negative for me, was not having the ability to have a verbal conversation when I had queries that were a bit complicated to communicate over messenger. Makes (re)mortgaging much more manageable

Habito means I don't need to fill out information on a bunch of different sites to see offers, and can get quick answers and advice on anything to do with the mortgage application process instead of having to stop and find the right article etc to understand it. Professional and easy

Made applying for my mortgage so easy! The interface to the website was clean east to understand and navigate and having a ongoing live chat with a mortgage advisor meant I could fit in the application process easily around my life and work priorities. Very smooth application process

An excellent process from start to finish (multiple mortgage recommendations with clear rationale, mortgage selection based on my changing criteria, preparing the application).
