Home-buying made less stressful

I think Habito caters to the new generation first-time buyers and makes the process as smooth as can be without compromising on service quality. Their chat service which is also available on the weekend, unlike other lenders, really appeals to me as a 5-day 9-5pm worker myself. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

Helpful for non standard applications

Super easy, super friendly and super quick service

This is the second time I've used Habito and the second time I've been left very pleased with their service. My broker, JP, was so helpful, so quick to respond and even worked well into the evening to get our application in to try beat the interest rate rise. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

A brilliant customer centric service

We had some 'technical' issues when it came to getting a small mortgage when we moved home, but Habito came good. We were expertly guided through the whole process, with sound advice, understanding, thorough, well time communications and a high degree of compassionate understanding. It always felt like it was about us, not like some mortgage brokers who just want to push the 'package' that gives them the best commission. And even when we decided one lender really was not a right fit for us and jumped horse mid race, our broker remained calm, accepted our points, and went back to work to find us another deal. Richard O'Reilly and Delilah Gyvesmart became true allies in our pursuit of the ideal mortgage, eventually finding us a great lender with perfect rates and terms. Friendly, informative staff. Easy to use service

Taking The Pressure Out of Remortgaging

With interest rates going up and having 3 years left on our mortgage that is no longer in a deal, we decided to look for a better rate with the possibility of moving lenders to obtain this. Contacted Habito who were extremely helpful., friendly and efficient. They found us a really good rate and helped us go though the application. All done online, uploading the relevant required documentation and answering some questions to support the application was really easy and stress free. Now waiting for the next stage which if the previous stage was anything to go by should be stress free also. I would definitely recommend using this company to family and friends. Thankyou Habito.
