DO NOT USE

I've had several conversations with these guys, they try to trip you up at every point. They have exaggerated our rebuild cost (telling us to pay more) and when you try to make a claim they use every trick possible to get out of paying anything. We've had two leaks, not caused by us but by external influences and on both occasions, they have stated they are not liable. They are rude, blunt and have shocking customer service. I would cancel my policy but even for that, I have to make a payment. Reviewed on: 14th November 2023
