Haysto help make the impossible possible!

Haysto were fantastic at helping us achieve what we thought was impossible on our dream house that needed a new roof! A bigger brand bank who we had our current mortgage with really messed us around. They told us we had to find the money to buy our house before we could get a mortgage and then fix the roof. Only then would they give us a mortgage. It was a ridiculous situation and we were at our lowest. When we thought all was lost we found Haysto. Fortunately they had an exceptional team who were efficient, hard working and excellent at customer service. Sadly the house we wanted got pulled off the market, but Haysto were really supportive at that difficult time. They were true to their word of no mortgage no full fee and they still kept our case open should the situation change. If you want a broker who is honest, hard working, patient with you and all that the house buying process brings as well as reassuring I suggest you use Haysto! We will be using them again 100%! I honestly can’t recommend HAYSTO Mortgage Brokers enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. The whole team made what can usually be a really stressful process feel so much easier, thanks to their great communication and support every step of the way. I’ve got to give a big shout-out to Nikki Adams, Shannon Gordon, Anna Harris, Tia Amos, and Evan Perry. They were all fantastic – always happy to answer my questions, took my calls without any fuss, and even rang me loads of times to keep me in the loop. Their friendly and down-to-earth approach made such a difference, and it was clear they genuinely wanted to help. Their knowledge and advice were spot-on throughout, and I felt really well looked after from day one. It’s not often you find a company that actually makes things simple and stress-free, but HAYSTO definitely did. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who actually cares and will go out of their way to help, I’d 100% recommend HAYSTO. A massive thanks to the whole team for making everything go so smoothly! And they most value for money, I wasted time with cheap mortgage broker in the past, Haysto go direct to the big Mortgage providers. My sister bought her house with Haysto and now me, I will 100% recommend Haysto, to friends, family and colleagues! Unbelievable!

Unbelievable! Was struggling to get a mortgage due to.a section 157 restriction on the property we were looking to purchase. After using multiple brokers with no luck I reached out to Haysto who within a week were able to find us a provider prepared to lend us the money even with the restriction.
