A satisfactory call with the customer service team

The staff were extremely helpful and listened to what I needed. Allana even checked what my renewal would have been and realised that my quote was without a discount as I was a customer already and I ended up with a better price. Fast and efficient. Applied online for third year running. Application was straightforward and easy to complete with the medical questions easy to navigate. Whole process took less than 10 minutes and cover for my holiday with them was half the price offered by the holiday company. Reviewed on: 8th May 2025
