I have used Holiday Extras on many occasions for airport parking and now for travel insurance. I have also now used them for airport shuttle service and everything is so easy to arrange. This really is the easiest one stop app . Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 25th August 2025

This is the 2nd time I have used Holiday Extra Travel Insurance because I find that the price is very reasonable, but also the application process is quick and easy to use. I was able to get a quote easily and it was not too complicated. Reviewed on: 25th August 2025

generally good package, but areas could be clearer....

I found the medical question section a bit confusing to have to abbreviate medical conditions had to do it 3 times to sort, although my condition was minimal to explain, .otherwise a good site and pretty happy with outcome also as could use some AMEX points towards cost which seemed fine. i use H-Extras for parkint to, Reviewed on: 25th August 2025

Customer Service out-of-hours support

I phoned Customer Service out-of-hours (on a Sunday) and they were unable to confirm if my insurance would cover me for a cancelled train journey. This wasn't helpful when I was in a a live situation. Reviewed on: 24th August 2025
