Have been with Holiday extra a couple of years now and never had any problem renewing,not had to make a claim so I can't comment on that but the price is excellent,especially for over 70 years which I find some companies increase the price to an extortionate level,I believe price should reflect any ailments and any claims made,not a person's age,I personally take no medication,have never made a claim but am expected to pay over the odds because of my age,but not with holiday extras,so until that changes I intend to stay with them.
