Good level of cover at a decent price.

Answered questions on policy and were very helpful. Decent level of cover at a time when insurance companies are charging extortionate sums of money for what I would consider a far from unusual family holiday. Reviewed on: 5th January 2025

I booked a single trip worldwide travel insurance to go to Mexico on line. I ticked to include USA Canada and Mexico but it changed my request to exclude these countries without me realising . I paid for the insurance before I realised. I friend of mine had a similar experience . There is a problem with the website. I had to cancel the insurance and start again. Easy booking process - had to answer questions about health conditions but it was all quite simple to do. Happy with price of insurance. Really like the at it can all be viewed on the app too. I’ve used HE for insurance and airport parking for previous holidays to this one coming up and the process was also easy to book insurance. I have never had to claim so am unable to comment on that. Execellent Low-Cost, Hassle free cover.

Clear and simple explanation of what is covered, levels of cover and what excess is levied. The only issue noted was that the renewal price quoted in the email did not match the final figure for renewal - However, this was sorted over the phone quite quickly. Reviewed on: 5th January 2025
