Simple for one trip. Easy to complete on line. Seemed best value. Would have liked to use an annual policy but not sure if when travelling to different areas and doing different activities it would prove cost effective? Reviewed on: 15th October 2024

Problem with renewing our travel insurance

Received an option to renew on line, however was required to enter again all my details and when completed the cost was higher than the quote I had received with no changes to my circumstances.Then contacted customer services who were very helpful but had to go through once again all the questions finally arrived at the original quote. Most disappointed that the process took much longer than necessary. Reviewed on: 15th October 2024
