Nightmare company if trying to make a claim!

Trying to make a claim, after my daughter was admitted to hospital the day before we were due to travel as an emergency. Insurance company has been a nightmare as keep asking for extra details. My daughters Insurance have already paid her & my insurance are now asking for forms to be filed in by a doctor although they have a letter from the hospital with the details. She is in ireland I'm in UK so isn't easy Trying to get more information as she is awaiting an operation. After paying £148 for insurance with a £150 excess I really don't think they want to pay anything! Definitely not on my recommended list!! Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024
