Good kind, and efficient service off advisor.

I had to cancel a previous trip because of ill health and the advisor who dealt with it was very kind and efficient and I was refunded no problem which impressed me, the nice way it was dealt with was so reassuring and helpful to me, so I have since used holiday extras for our travel insurance, also the cost is reasonable even though with our health conditions it is higher than when we didn’t have our health problems, I compared various companies and decided again on holiday extras.. thank you Reviewed on: 8th September 2024
