Process made extremely difficult by offers made relating to discounts which were then making no improvement to already offered price. 15% off when booking parking first which then did not improve cost, after booking both I was then offered 15% off the parking too. Kerry was very pleasant and helpful today when I phoned for a new a new quote, as my previous travel insurance with Holiday Extras had expired. She was very thorough in advising me of the various levels of cover available, helped me make a decision to fit my personal needs, and I was happy to renew my cover on an annual basis. 10 out of 10 for customer service Kerry.
