Kerry was very pleasant and helpful today when I phoned for a new a new quote, as my previous travel insurance with Holiday Extras had expired. She was very thorough in advising me of the various levels of cover available, helped me make a decision to fit my personal needs, and I was happy to renew my cover on an annual basis. 10 out of 10 for customer service Kerry.
