I was given this recommendation Holiday Extras Travel by my friend who is a regular traveller. Having contacted a few travel insurance companies from the Saturday Mail I contacted Holiday Extras and was greeted by Kerry, a very pleasant experience. Kerry was clear and concise with ALL necessary information, repeated when I was unsure, actually sold me the Insurance on ONE phone call. That is not normally achievable. Niall was very friendly, polite and helpful. He phoned me back after we got cut off as another different colleague I had spoken to the day before did not appear to call me back. When I phoned back and left a message for her to call me back she did not so I was pleased Niall did. Niall looked into the annual quote after I asked as well. Reviewed on: 26th August 2023
