An excellent phone call.

I had a super phone call this morning with Kayleigh from smartmoneypeople. I wanted to renew my holiday travel insurance and was very fortunate that Kayleigh answered my call Kayleigh made the procedure very simple. She explained all the details that I needed to know very clearly. Kayleigh slowly took me through the medical conditions and recorded my answers. At no time did I feel rushed or under pressure to make my decision regarding the insurance. I felt that Kayleigh was very knowledgeable about the product. I renewed my cover with Kayleigh and feel very happy with all the patience I was shown today. I would thoroughly recommend this site for a comprehensive travel insurance policy. Speak to an agent rather than booking online!

I appreciate companies want us to self serve which I did for my first policy. I needed to add another trip so wanted some advice on my options so called in to speak with someone. She gave me some information which I wasn't previously aware of and spent time explaining my options and the different benefits/options for the individual policies. Very helpful and informative!
