I have taken out a years cruise insurance and thought it was very reasonably priced, I had a query and called the company after not being able to get the answer from the autobot and was delighted to speak to a polite knowledgeable, helpful person. thank you far having this excellent customer service. I am happy to pay a little more to cover the cost of having someone to speak to on the end on the line. I didn't have to hunt for the contact number either, it is readily available on all of their website and documentation. I have already recommended them to someone and I used then following a recommendation. Also I had to add a health condition onto our insurance package and it did not make a massive price hike as some companies do. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
