Website froze when I tried to pay for policy!

Website froze when I tried to pay for the policy, which was a bit annoying... but I switched to my phone, started the quote again and was then able to purchase the policy without further difficulty. However, the policy does seem good and the important bit is that it covers all eventualities on a cruise holiday - exactly what we wanted. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025
