So far so good, I've not had to claim on anything so I can't really comment on that side of things as of yet. I've had to call Holiday Safe in the past due to needing to ask questions due to disclosing health related information and I found that I got the help and information I needed efficiently and my policy was put together. The price of the insurance has gone up a lot this year but I understand that is the perhaps the case with all insurance, I haven't compared insurance prices so I can't really comment on that much. However, I have been a customer of Holidaysafe for a number of years now and I choose to go with them as I feel like getting the insurance with them is fairly simple. Also, I like that the policy I have seems to include cover on a lot of sports etc and the insurers are trusted by MSE who I trust as Consumer Champions, so that makes me feel I can trust them as a reputable provider. First class support

Supported us through a minor disaster whilst on holiday in Jamaica. Kept in regular contact for the duration of a hospital stay and rebooked our return flight home several times when hurricane Beryl closed the airport. Settled our claim quickly and fairly.
