A fantastic price for our worldwide trip and all dealt with easily, even when our documents didn't come through - we used live chat to speak to one of the customer service team and they were flawless in their efficiency and help. Reviewed on: 24th August 2016

Fantastic when we made a claim

A few years ago my partner was seriously injured abroad and in intensive care. Holidaysafe paid for me to fly out to be with him, liaised with his doctors every step of the way, and paid for all our costs in getting home etc. They even paid him a benefit for being in a public hospital! Good value cover but beware small print!

I took out very good value coverage with HolidaySafe for several years, but when it came to take out a claim they have excesses levied not as one claim but on different parts of the same claim, which makes the excess fee really add up. Reviewed on: 17th August 2016
