Efficient and good value

I have been with this company for a few years and this year, for the first time, had to put in a modest claim for an item lost in India. I submitted all of the paperwork requested and my claim was settled without any fuss. Thank you. Reviewed on: 24th October 2016

Cost effective and efficient.

After checking many sites on line, I found Holidaysafe covered most medical conditions, some without extra cost and thus came out as a very competitive company. I renewed my annual policy before it was due as I would be on holiday on the renewal date. I did not realise that I would be due a 5% loyalty bonus. After a brief phone call, I was immediately refunded this bonus. Great service at a great price. Reviewed on: 24th October 2016

No rip-off here!

Not needed to make a claim, but the sales staff are friendly, helpful and "medically" knowledgeable to ensure you take out the right policy for your needs without the usual "hard sales" pitch. Very acceptable rates, based on offer(s) provided vs other competitor quotes. Reviewed on: 24th October 2016

I called to get my holiday insurance sorted, the company is so helpful and advised me of all my needs and what I will get with my policy, I appreciated all the knowledge they had and the fact the insurance for cruises is a little different, I didn't realise that, lucky for me I was given the right advice.
