The holiday insurance was so easy to set up. I feel the price i paid was a fair one considering my allergies. The air doctor was put in place as an extra at no extra cost. I felt covered medically in every way. I was constantly informed of the areas in my email should I need to make a claim. Well done. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

Insured for a Caribbean cruise

Insured for a Caribbean cruise and one port was cancelled. Had to go to a different island so was a bit disappointed but still had a great time. On return I contacted Holidaysafe and gave the information over the telephone.. I answered all the questions, no need to fill in forms and was told I would receive £300 in compensation. I gave my bank details and when I checked my balance later the same day, the £300 was already in my account. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
