Reasonable quote and helpful customer services.

Holidaysafe provided me with a very reasonable quote enabling me to go on holiday when alternative companies came up with ridiculous prices. I feel confident they have the full picture of my circumstances due to the fullness of the screening questions. Customer services have always been very helpful when speaking to them. The HolidaySafe process of taking out a policy was straightforward and the insurance was a reasonable price. I haven't yet had a reason to claim, so can't comment on ease of claiming but my dealings with HolidaySafe have been alright so far Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Serious injury in New Zealand

My husband was run over by a car in New Zealand and spent 8 weeks in hospital . Holiday safe were in touch almost every day asking how my husband was and did not trouble us with many administrative tasks . After he left hôspital but was not ready to fly back to UK Holiday safe organised and paid for our accommodation without any problems or restrictions .We were given a choice of airline for our return and Holiday safe organised a safe and totally seamless and trouble free passage back from door to door . Every member of staff was very kind and courteous and available throughout even though our time in hospital was over Christmas and New Year . I cannot recommend Holiday safe highly enough .
