Stress free holiday refund

I had the unfortunate experience of having to cancel our holiday with 5 days notice, due to illness. Holidaysafe helped me through the process of claiming a refund of monies paid through a relatively easy online and telephone procedure. Having heard and read of nightmare claim problems on social media it was a breath of fresh air to receive a refund without any issues. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Holiday safe talked through my diagnosis to make sure I got the correct cover and was thorough. The price was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than the other quotes I received.i made a claim once home due to losing my iPad and this was sorted within 5 days. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Really good cover and value for money .It very ease to book and pay for the insurance .I received the documents by post and e mail as requested and an early reminder was received for the renewal ,The only reason I have not renewed is due to no holidays planned in the next 12 months yet Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
