Support in Jamaica.

Accident in Jamaica. Hospital stay Followed by a hurricane knocking out electricity and closing the airport. Made all arrangements and covered costs. Sympathetic and supportive despite difficulties with communications. 11 day vacation turned into 26 days. First class company!! Reviewed on: 11th October 2025

Having searched endlessly for an insurer that would cover my medical condition for a reasonable price, I found Holidaysafe, which provided me with several suitable options at a significantly lower price than competitors. I haven't yet finalised my travel plans but when I do, I will obtain cover from this firm. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

I have used Holidaysafe for about 6 years now, the premium is very reasonable and affordable. It covers a lot of illnesses which a lot of others won't cover. The staff are very helpful and polite if I have had to get in touch in person. Thankfully I have never had to make a claim but I am quite certain I wouldn't have a problem, and I am always kept informed regularly by email about my policy. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
