Putting people back in to banking

Banking with HEYCU is such a pleasure. No more impersonal call centres where you are just another number. When I ring or email HEYCU I receive an individualised, personal response that is so incredibly friendly. This is good, old fashioned banking where the bank knows and values their customers. Having worked in a bank in the past I fully appreciate the genuine care that HEYCU shows to the customers. HEYCU is fantastic for customer care and shines as a beacon that more banks should follow. With them since the beginning

Been with them since the beginning when I had the need of an occasional loan. Now use them for holiday savings etc. and like to think my savings help others in need.
