Great to teach the importance of currency

This is a great way to get my son earning pocket money as you don't really see cash anymore and he has his ownership of a card. Plus you can put on a little or much as you want into it. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Great for the kids, and no fees!

We love Hyperjar, and we have cards for each of our kids. They can now manage their own finances by creating pots for different things, like bus fair for school. The ability to automatically take from a chosen jar for different companies makes spending out of the right pot a breeze! Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Really useful

My child loves the independence he has to be able to pay on his Hyperjar card and also pay for things online. The parent account also means I can keep a close eye on what he is spending. I have recommended to all my friends and family with children. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

A fantastic service - highly recommend for all children

Hyperjar has been a fantastic service for my step daughter and I. She feels so grown up using her payment card but I know I am in full control. She's already learnt that losing the card has consequences, but the support from Hyperjar was superb and her replacement card came quickly. I'll happily recommend Hyperjar to any parent. Amazing for my son to have independence.

Now my son has learnt the value of money. We wanted an easy way for him to save, manage and spend his money. Since COVID we have become a cashless world. I wanted him to understand cash before allowing a card. This was the best solution for us as it’s not linked to his savings account. We have control over his spending limit, can see his jars for saving and where he is spending and how much. So much so that we now use the adults accounts ourselves to save, had it not been for my son we wouldn’t have considered using a card like this to encourage saving ourselves. We have recommended it to our friends and family who have also started using the cards for those children. We certainly will be using HyperJar when our daughter learns the value of money too. Hyper jar offer a fantastic service, help is on hand with a live chat for problems and we have the ease of freezing a card should it be lost or stolen.
