When my husbandcwas diagnosed with stage 4 prostrate cancer in 2020 insurance quotes were very depressing. My MacMillan office provided information about Insurancewith and I was given a really good quote. Spoke to a lovely lady who asked me questions about medication etc. She apologised for having to query prognosis which she knew was hard to talk about. I have recommended Insurancewith to many other cancer sufferers/survivors. Happily my husband continues to thrive on his medication. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

The Most Understanding Insurance Company

I don't travel internationally very often but, when I do, I always use Insurancewith. I had bowel cancer almost 10 years ago and Insurancewith are the only Insurance company that don't put me in the "Cancer" box, but understand where I am in my own cancer journey. Their questions are specifically targeted to understand my future risk rather than my cancer label. The medical profession tells me that I am now at the same risk of bowel cancer as the general population, but no other insurance company, apart from Insurancewith, appears to understand this fact. A Great Insurer

Cover for ongoing cancer treatment

I was looking for travel insurance to cover ongoing cancer treatment and another pre-existing condition. Most other insurers premiums were really expensive compared to Insurance With who also offered a range of alternatives. I did not feel confident using any of them as I felt that they required limited information compared to Insurance With who went through my whole history thus reassuring me that in the event of any claim they were in possession of all the relevant information.
