Having had to call a doctor out, ( happily not too serious) on returning we then made our claim, got a little confused so rang and spoke to a “real person” who was very very helpful and nice, our claim was submitted and in less than two weeks we were refunded. Reviewed on: 12th July 2025

Anyone can do it with confidence.
