Great customer service.

It takes me a long time to fill in ALL my medications and health conditions, so when I realised I had used the wrong dates I panicked that I would have to do it all again. The person I spoke to on the phone was able to quickly amend my cover to the correct dates, and was very understanding about the brain fog causing the error!I'm a millennial and usually prefer to do things online instead of calling a help line, but customer support were quick to answer and quick to help. Great cover for cancer sufferers

Having recently been diagnosed with incurable stage 4 cancer it had proved extremely difficult to find travel insurance let alone one with an affordable premium. I was recommended insurancewith and the immediate difference was the fact they asked more bespoke medical declaration questions than other companies who all seem to use the same set of limited questions. As a result, I was offered a premium in the £100s when until receiving a quote from insurance with the quoted premiums had been in the £1000s, if they would even offer insurance. The policy does come with a specific medical excess but I am happy with that approach as all my medical conditions are covered and I’d rather take the chance of having to pay such an excess than make no claim having paid £000s in premium charges.
