When my husband was diagnosed with cancer I found insurance with and as the price was very reasonable we could go on holiday .Which with any other insurance Company was out of the question. Great customer service.

It takes me a long time to fill in ALL my medications and health conditions, so when I realised I had used the wrong dates I panicked that I would have to do it all again. The person I spoke to on the phone was able to quickly amend my cover to the correct dates, and was very understanding about the brain fog causing the error!I'm a millennial and usually prefer to do things online instead of calling a help line, but customer support were quick to answer and quick to help.
