I have brain cancer and their screening process was more comprehensive, professional and thorough, yet was considerably cheaper than competitors. This means I can travel more often due to the savings made which is vital when battling cancer. 100% recommende!. Reviewed on: 28th July 2026

Very reasonable prices when compared with other travel insurance providers and there are health issues involved. Customer service is excellent once you manage to get access to a real person. My only negative is the fact too much is online only without an obvious route to speak to a real person. Reviewed on: 28th July 2026

I found filling out my details relatively easy and it was pretty straightforward to get my quote. I was reasonably happy with the cost for a years worth of world cover. Fortunately so far I’ve not needed to make a claim and hopefully I won’t ever need to, so I am unable to comment on this part of the process. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2026

Insurancewith application and claim

The application is very detailed and takes a few attempts to complete in full, particularly when various medications are involved. The upside is that the premiums are very, very competitive. I had to make a claim this year following cancellation of our holiday and this was dealt with by the underwriters teams (Collinsons). The process was quite clunky and at times frustrating (the same information was asked for more than once) but a payout was made and quite speedily too. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2026
