cancel policy.

I needed to cancel my policy as I had sold the boat. Tried to phone and had to wait along time for an operator. He was not very friendly. Said there was £30 cancellation fee and no refund. When I started to question this the call was ended. I went on line and the reply to my email said my policy had not been cancelled and the charge was £13.80. I was not told how this would be charged. All in all I was not impressed with the level of customer interaction. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
