The admin fees are more than the premium, effectivel... The admin fees are more than the premium, effectively doubling the cost of insuring a saxaphone. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

I wanted to insure my equipment for home and travel. I wanted a quick translation of the T&Cs to make sure the cover was appropriate. They emailed back very quickly confirming the cover would be appropriate and also highlighting any exclusions that would be relevant. Could not ask for more. Good value. I cannot beat the price elsewhere. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Great at communicating, friendly & helpful

I wasn't sure whether to proceed with my claim or not, but the advisors at Insure4music logged my claim within 30 days so I had the option to proceed if I wanted to. They then kept in touch with me, and despite my tardiness at replying, they remained friendly, helpful and polite throughout. Can't fault them for their attitude and service. I have been with insure4music for 3 years now without any issues, I placed a claim during year one and without question my claim was dealt with efficiently and hassle free.
