Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Easy to sign up and good service

Above and beyond

Never had to use the insurance thus far and hopefully never will but I had mistakenly taken out 2 similar insurances and hadn't noticed for a couple of years and they very quickly reimbursed me, for a mistake that was mine. The customer care and quick responses were brilliant, I was very impressed and would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 13th July 2024
