Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

I have found Insure4Sport very easy to use. They are quick to answer the phone when ringing the customers support helpline and have always been able to answer my queries. Always very friendly and nice to speak to. There documents and paperwork are easy to understand to it is very clear what is covered. Reviewed on: 7th September 2022

Reasonably priced insurance. Never made a claim so can’t speak to that aspect, but when I’ve had cause to speak to someone they’ve been really helpful. I was sufficiently happy to refer my wife to them when she became a Yoga instructor! Reviewed on: 7th September 2022
