Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

A helpful bunch!

The agent I dealt with was clear and made the sign-up process pretty seamless, as I was keen to get in the water, and getting cover was a bit of an oversight last-minute need. Most impressed as the back office side of things happened instantly from a document perspective and with the certificate, in hand, I was on the water the same day. Reviewed on: 6th September 2022
