Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Despite a few issues during COVID-19 period all now sorted and working well, if you need sports insurance for personal or instructor purpose these have to be serious contenders Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Great Prices and easy to set up

Very clear website to get set up with insurance at a great rate and I love that they include multiple sports in one policy. I also like that they send out newsletters with helpful tips etc but not so often that it feels like spam. Overall very happy customer. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
