Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Leasing insurance provider in the industry

When you first look into insurance from them, the particular forms of exercise and sports are clearly shown and can be completely customised to the individuals needs. Every communication thus far has been professional and fast (especially with the current Covid situation) and if I needed to update or ammend something it's quick and easy. Ticks all the right boxes and more

Not have this company only made my insurance broad enough to cover so many aspects of my career but they go the extra mile. As soon as lockdown came insure4sport contacted me to let me know my insurance had been extended to additional areas that meant I had to adapt my work habits. They did this for free automatically. So easy and quick to apply for insurance online. Excellent customer service - quick to respond to enquiries. Quick to respond to COVID-19 challenges.
