Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Outdoor Activity Indemnity Insurance

Excellent and easy to take out online. Very understandable. Haven't had to claim on it though so don't know how good the claims procedure is. Reviewed on: 1st July 2020
