I informed them l would be having a medical procedure prior to taking out the policy and confirmed when it was carried out out and my fit to fly date. I informed them at the same time l would need a further procedure on my knee next year. The policy had only three months to run and at first there was no charge. On checking the policy they had amended the olive apart from one question saying No and not Yes. They agreed this would need to be altered and said it it would cost £2 plus pennies PLUS an admin fee of £15. Will not be using them again. We are going to Australia for 4 weeks plus 5 days in Hong Kong and the only company who would come up with a reasonable quote for an annual policy were Insure and go. Many of the companies do not cover enough to include Business travel which is very expensive these days. I used them before with our previous trip to Australia 2 years ago. As we all get older my husband is 79 we thought we better travel before he reached 80 as all insurances seem to go up regardless. I have became ill while I was abroad. Insure and Go have been very helpful and they did care about my situation, also supported me to make a succesful claim.

We have travelled to Canada to visit family and my wife physically damaged her back at the start if the trip to which we got... We then needed to get five years of medical reports sent, which we did promptly only to receive a response back from Kamini that "Our medical team has reviewed the records and confirm that there was pre-existing back pain that was not declared at the time of the purchase of the policy." Just because she did not report back pain from the last 5 years (be it small) how can they relate this to physical back damage sustained in Canada. She has never had a buldging disc from a physical injury such as this this is just a way insureandgo can get out of assisting someone with insurance who needs assistance .I find this wrong, disturbing and unethical for someone in need of assistance I'm getting back home.... Think twice, they will do anything they can to not help and support you... they are happy to take you money...
